You have better digestion and faster nutrient absorption into the bloodstream since it balances your stomach’s pH level. Check the presence of sugar, honey, or fruit. Buy yogurt products that don’t contain these ingredients.

You can take honey or fruit with your yogurt just before taking the yogurt. Honey should be used sparingly with yogurt.

Check the expiration date of the product. You should buy it when the expiry date is at least seven to ten days away.

Always put yogurt in a cold place since heat can destroy the live bacteria which benefits your body.
